Argencis Medical is taking the needs of our customers and employees during this crisis very seriously. We are committed to continuing service to all customers throughout the duration of this event.
We are responding rapidly. Supply chains and distribution channels are being monitored and adjusted accordingly to meet the needs of our customers. Updates will continue to be provided via our website.
While we are prioritizing the health and safety of our employees, you can be confident our customer service and sales teams will continue to meet your needs.
We are implementing the following procedures immediately in order to protect our employees and continue providing service to our customers:
- Strict travel restrictions have been implemented for our sales team. In-person meetings will be changed to phone calls and/or video conferences for the next several weeks.
- We are limiting visitors and third-party vendors to our facilities.
- Our office employees will remain at work to ensure that orders continue to be processed. Our employees are practicing CDC recommended procedures to protect themselves. In addition, we have increased the frequency of disinfection and cleaning at our facility.
We will continue to update this site with changing information. At this time, we are fully operational, and have made arrangements suppliers and delivery services to stay operational for the long-term. We will continue to update this site with any changes.
